Processing & Preparation

Every LadyLike Glamour press-on nail set is handmade and personalised to your measurements.

Please allow up to 3 working days for your nail set to be created and prepared for dispatch after we have received the information needed to complete your order.

This processing time is separate from the delivery time.

📮 Shipping

We currently ship to the UK, Europe and selected international destinations.

Your order will be dispatched using a suitable postal or courier service based on your destination and the delivery option available.

Available delivery options and shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

🌍 International Orders

International delivery times can vary depending on the destination, postal service and customs processing.

Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are outside LadyLike Glamour's control and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

⏱️ Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination and delivery service selected.

Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate and does not include our up to 3 working days of processing time.

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to postal delays, customs processing, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

📍 Incorrect Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us at LadylikeBeautyNails@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

📦 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at LadylikeBeautyNails@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Where tracking is available, we may ask you to provide or check the tracking information supplied with your dispatch confirmation.
